1. In-Store Purchases

Customers are requested to inspect and verify their purchase with our sales representative before leaving the store. Once a product is accepted and taken, all after-sale issues will be handled under the respective warranty policy (if applicable).

2. Online Orders

For manufacturing defects in products received via delivery, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Claims made after this window may not be accepted.

3. Defective Products (In-Store Exchange)

  • It may be exchanged in-store after inspection by our technical team.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, along with proof of purchase.

4. Exchange via Delivery

  • Only courier costs will be charged.
  • If the returned product is found to be physically damaged (burned, broken, water-damaged), the exchange will be void, and the customer will bear full responsibility.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Products purchased from VIPTap.club are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after delivery, especially in the following cases:

  • If the product is incompatible with your device.
  • If the product is no longer needed due to a change of mind.
  • For custom NFC/RFID encoded items, including rings, cards, tags, and accessories.

Please verify compatibility and specifications before placing an order.

6. Software & License Keys

All software products and digital license keys are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable after delivery or activation.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (e.g., for canceled orders or undeliverable items) may take 3 to 10 working days or more to process, depending on your payment method and banking gateway.

8. Courier Delivery Policy

  • Before accepting delivery, inspect the package.
  • Do not accept any parcel that is torn, damaged, or appears tampered with.
  • If you accept a damaged parcel, VIPTap.club will not be liable for any subsequent claims.

9. Refund Charges

Refunds made through BKash, card payments, or online gateways may incur processing or transaction fees, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
