VIPTAP.club – TERMS AND CONDITIONS & WARRANTY POLICY

Dear Customers,

At VIPTAP.club, our customers are our top priority. To ensure improved, timely, and efficient service for our range of NFC, RFID, and smart wearable products, we kindly request all valued customers to carefully review the following Terms and Warranty Guidelines before making a purchase.


1. Terms and Conditions

  • All warranties declared at the time of sale are provided and governed by the original manufacturers or brands.
  • VIPTAP.club acts solely as a facilitator of the warranty process and abides by the policies set by each product’s original provider.
  • Each product brand may have unique warranty terms, which are available on their respective official websites or documentation.
  • VIPTAP.club ensures support for warranty handling (repair, replacement, or component exchange) as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Products without an officially declared warranty from the manufacturer or supplier are considered non-warranty items.
  • Custom configurations (such as NFC encoding, UID linking, or special firmware flashing) are not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty service timelines depend on stock availability and part sourcing, which may involve international procurement delays.
  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original warranty card or invoice; in special cases, valid purchase proof may be accepted.

2. Warranty Policy – VIPTAP.club NFC, RFID & Smart Gadgets

We follow international, national, and Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) warranty standards for our products.

General Warranty Coverage:

  • Most NFC/RFID wearables (rings, bracelets, cards, keychains, tags, etc.) come with a 6-month to 1-year warranty, depending on the product category and brand.
  • For products found defective under warranty, VIPTAP.club will repair or replace the product based on inspection and availability.
  • If the specific model is unavailable, an equivalent or upgraded replacement may be offered, subject to depreciation and price adjustment.
  • If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund may be issued after depreciation deduction.
  • Software or data loss is not covered under any warranty circumstance.
  • Warranty claim processing timeWarranty claim processing time ranges from 5–7 working days to up to 35–40 days or more, depending on part availability and import processing.
  • Faulty components are usually replaced, often with parts specially imported for the purpose.
  • NFC ID configurations, data encoding, or app integrations provided at the time of sale are not included in warranty.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damages due to negligence or mishandling: water damage, burns, breakage, deep scratches, or forceful impact.
  • Tampered, removed, or damaged serial numbers, chips, or stickers.
  • Products with corrosion, rust, or fungal growth.
  • Internal damage to chips, broken pins, or burned circuit elements.
  • Loss of password or PINs set by the customer; VIPTAP does not configure passwords at delivery.
  • Use of unauthorized software, third-party apps, or firmware modifications.
  • Items such as lanyards, straps, adhesive backings, power cords, batteries, or packaging materials are not covered under warranty.
  • For combo packs (e.g., card + tag), the full package must be returned for warranty; individual parts are not accepted.
  • If a warranty product is left unclaimed for over 60 days after service request, VIPTAP.club will not be held responsible.

Service Conditions Outside Warranty Scope:

  • Services beyond warranty scope may be provided at a cost, upon customer’s prior approval.
  • For service warranties, any required replacement parts must be arranged by the customer or by VIPTAP against advance payment.
